Colorado residents since 1997, Jeffrey & Natalie have found the perfect fusion of their shared passions and talents. Their vocal and acting studio, NAMASTE WORKS, has built a reputation as one of the premier venues for students to discover, nurture & polish performance skills.
"Guiding voice and acting students of all ages to the discovery of their own unique artistic abilities brings us great satisfaction and joy."
"As active performers ourselves, we are highly rewarded by witnessing the amazing transformation of our students."
Natalie is a masterful vocal and acting coach. She delights in sharing the benefit of her expansive experience with her private voice and acting students. She has appeared in two international touring companies of "The Who's Tommy" as the Gypsy Acid Queen. Her Broadway credits include Constance in "Oh Kay" and Andrea Devereaux in "Once On This Island." She can be seen in the feature films "Mississippi Masala" opposite two-time Oscar winner, Denzel Washington and "Amazing Grace and Chuck starring Jaime Lee Curtis and Gregory Peck.
As a lead vocalist, Natalie has had the opportunity to tour the world, including appearances at Carnegie Hall, for Prince Rainier of Monaco, as well as performances in Tokyo, Japan; Zurich, Switzerland & Offenbach, Germany. In addition, she headlined at the Stardust Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas in their original production, "Enter The Night". Regionally, she has had principal roles in August Wilson's, "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom", "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "Little Shop of Horrors" as well as "Porgy and Bess". In 1981, she was a talent winner in the Miss America Pageant representing the state of New Hampshire. An accomplished on-camera performer as well, she can be seen in local and regional television commercials.
In March of 1997, Natalie was brought to Denver to perform in the Off-Broadway hit A Brief History of White Music. The show slated to run for only four months, extended for over a year. She fell in love with Denver, and since that time, she and husband, Jeffrey, and their three children, Justin, Rachael and Serea Tomas, have called Colorado their home.
She is extremely proud to be finishing the final year of a Masters in Divinity Degree through Circles of Light Ministries, Tryon, NC. In addition to her passion for vocal and acting coaching, she enjoys the time she spends singing for God, caring for and nurturing her family, both immediate and extended, and being a light and minister for God wherever she finds herself.
Upon graduating from Florida State University with degrees in music and acting, Jeffrey began a career as a teacher/performer. He taught music and acting in middle school, high school and church, while in the evening he "moonlighted" on stage. After 10 years of a VERY hectic, but rewarding lifestyle, Jeffrey, at the ripe age of 33, left teaching, left his position with the church, gave up his condo on the west coast of Florida, sold his car and moved to New York City to take his acting career to the next level. His next 10 years were a magical whirlwind of regional theater around the country, tours of the U.S. & Asia. When he was not on tour or in a show Jeffrey would continue his vocal & acting studies in New York. Jeffrey can still be seen in local theater productions, television commercials, as a soloist in local churches and heard on the radio.
Jeffrey's extensive list of theatrical credits include: Higgins in MY FAIR LADY, Fagin in OLIVER, Charles in PIPPIN, El Gallo in THE FANTASTICKS, Von Trapp in SOUND OF MUSIC, Sid in PAJAMA GAME. Television & COMMERCIAL credits include: GUIDING LIGHT, BUSTED, RED ROBIN, METRO BROKER, BALLEY'S RESORT, AT&T, ONE HOUR OPTICAL, CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY.
